Although there is formal learning for informatics, the real life practical stuff just isn't something I am finding in the journals or in other Health IT news sources.  So I decided to create a source of information for those clinicians interested in learning what others in our field are doing.  This isn't the academic stuff.  This is real world leadership, change management, coaching, mentoring, influencing, and innovating that CMIOs do every day.
